Food service for kids
Presenting food at eye level is a decisive factor in optimising the food serving process in daycare centres and schools. With the BASIC LINE food serving line, B.PRO offers a flexible system with a hygiene concept for all sizes. It enables barrier-free access to the food on offer, even for the youngest children. Peripheral products such as tray and cutlery trolleys and our mobile clearing station in a child-friendly size complete the serving concept.

Equipment for older children and teenagers
The B.PRO modules with a height of 900 mm are suitable for older children and teenagers, for example by fitting a lowered tray slide. The tray slide can easily be attached at a lower position on the Smart, Emotion and Design equipment variants.

Full-day schools are obliged to offer their pupils food. The German Nutrition Society (DGE) has developed quality standards that schools can use as guidelines for a balanced menu. How and whether institutions implement these requirements varies from state to state.
According to the German Full-Day Support of Children of Primary School Age Act (GaFöG), from the 2026/2027 school year onwards, all children from the first grade onwards will be entitled to full-day support throughout Germany. This will have an impact on regulations regarding school meals.
