Responsibility
Corporate social responsibility, or sustainability, has been an inherent part of all facets of the B.PRO corporate culture for many years. At B.PRO, we see responsibility – whether for our employees, customers and partners or our environment and society – as a matter of course that shapes how we act and think every day.
Employees and society
Ethical responsibility
Values, the environment and the promotion of young talent are core elements of the company's principles, and are systematically integrated into everyday business. In 1994, B.PRO set corporate and environmental guidelines for this purpose. For the family-run company, sustainability is much more than a mere question of planning and technology. It is a fundamental value orientation that employees actively help to shape.
B.PRO represents a living, value-oriented corporate culture.
Responsible cooperation

B.PRO helps them to develop their personality and a sense of community through sports and music projects. We also promote initiatives which inspire young people's interest in technology, innovation and intercultural exchange.
B.PRO attaches great importance to observing ethical business practices and meeting compliance guidelines, which are binding for all employees.

At B.PRO, the customer is always our focus. As a system supplier in the B2B sector, we place utmost importance on long and trusting collaboration with our trade partners.

Environment
The B.PRO sustainability report: active sustainability, long-term success We want long-term, stable success. Because we want a secure future – for our company and everyone involved in it. This is why we also give thought to what will come after us.
B.PRO assumes a duty: we have set corporate and environmental guidelines and uphold strict adherence to them. Every measure and decision taken within the company must also be aligned as closely as possible to the requirements of the next generation. In addition to saving resources and being ecological and cost-effective, they also have to be socially sustainable and responsible.
In our latest sustainability report, we take a closer look – not only at all of the aspects we address in our sustainability reporting, but also at what lies ahead through the materiality analysis: we scrutinise and examine what sustainability must mean for us to really get to the core of the matter.
Sustainability report 2023
- Getting to the core
With this report, we not only take a closer look at all of the aspects that we address in our sustainability reporting, but also look ahead to the future through our materiality analysis. We examine what sustainability must mean for us in order to get to the heart of the matter.
Quality
The BLANC & FISCHER Family Holding and its business groups stand for
• innovative,
• sustainable,
• resource conserving,
• high-quality,
• durable,
• beneficial
products.
Accordingly, the market success of our products and services is closely linked to their quality, our responsibility for the careful handling of the Environment, our own workforce (Social), and responsible corporate governance (Governance). For this reason, these three action areas of sustainability have been integrated into the corporate strategy of the BLANC & FISCHER Family Holding.
The Integrated Management System (“IMS”) supports this process, covering divisions such as occupational safety, quality, energy management, and environmental protection. Starting from top management on down, we are practicing a process of continual improvement with this Integrated Management System. We are aware that a management system is a leadership task.
Through all employees’ involvement, attentiveness, and commitment to active cooperation, we want to ensure that only flawless products are manufactured, and services are provided, then continuously developed with our innovative strength. We commit to complying with legal and other requirements.
The concept of quality, energy, and environmental protection starts with the idea of a product.
The influences and effects of all processes, services, and products on quality, environment, and energy efficiency are included in the planning, development, procurement, and other business decisions.
Errors are systematically analyzed, the causes are identified and permanently eliminated. The findings from troubleshooting are incorporated at the beginning of the process chain to ensure a continuous improvement process.
We are committed to improving our environmental and energy footprint through our quality, energy, and environmental policies. We do this to protect the environment, including pollution prevention, and to comply with legal obligations and other requirements per our IMS. By doing so, we create the basis for achieving our corporate goals. We are committed to providing the information and resources necessary to achieve the company’s objectives.
